Practice info for next week prior to Parent Preview

Next week’s schedule is as follows:

Iridescence- Tuesday, 2-5pm

ND- Wednesday, 2-5pm

Iri and ND-Thursday, 2-5pm

The attire for the parent preview is the Boyfriend/Girlfriend shirts with black shorts/leggings. Those who STILL do not have their boyfriend/girlfriend shirts, WILL have them. The printer printed them backwards. They are being re-done.

I will hand them out as soon as they are in my possession.

There will be a form coming home via the kids and Remind, that will enable you to order a sub dinner for the kids on Thursday if you like. They will be $6 and will include a sub, chips and a drink.

Program Ad Sales / Truck Ad Sales

Dear Parents,

It is time for the Program Ad Sales/Truck Ad Sales to kick-off!  This is an excellent way to fundraise!  Please read and follow the attached guidelines.  Deadline for the first program is October 15th.  If you have any questions, please give me a call or send me an email.

Chick-Fil-A Calendar pick up

Hello!
I will be at the school during Fee Night (Tuesday, August 29, 2017) from 4:00-7:00 pm to distribute the calendars.  I will be in Mrs. Thomas’ Chorus Room.
You are required to pay for the calendars when you pick them up.  The calendars sell for $10.00 and your child’s account will be credited $4.00.
First Come First Receive.  If you contacted me earlier, I will have your calendars ready when you get there.

Chick-Fil-A

Chick-Fil-A calendars – You have an opportunity to sell Chick-Fil-A calendars again this year.  I will have the calendars beginning the week of August 28 and bring them to the school for pick-up.  I will send notice of the days and times I will be available.

The calendars must be sold for $10 and your child will receive $4 per calendar sold, credited to their account.

I will need the money $$ before you can get the calendars. 

First Come First Receive.

If you know how many calendars you want, please email me separately and I will hold them for you.

Chick-Fil-A calendars – You will have an opportunity to sell Chick-Fil-A calendars again this year.  I will get the calendars later in August.  I will bring them to the school for pick-up.  I will need the money $$ before you can get the calendars.  First Come First Receive.  I have not signed the contract yet so I am not sure how much they are nor how much your profit will be.  I will communicate this as soon as I find out.   More information to follow!

Restaurant Cards – You will have an opportunity to sell restaurant cards.  The cards are in production and I will have later this month.  You will sell the restaurant cards for $20.  ($10 is the cost of the card and $10 gets credited to your account.)  You must sign a promissory note that you will either return the money for the cards or the cards when the selling period is complete.  It you do not return the cards, your account will be charged for the cost of the cards.  First Come First Receive.  More information to follow!

If you know you want to sell the restaurant cards and know how many you want, please email me separately and I will hold them for you.

NOTE – These opportunities are not mandatory.  These are only opportunities to raise money to assist with your cost.
